At Zero Waste Alliance Cyprus, we are committed to supporting local businesses in reducing food waste and making the process of food donation smoother, safer, and more effective. As part of our collaboration under the LIFE IP Cyprus Zero Waste Project (2021–2026), we continue to work closely with businesses that want to contribute to tackling food waste in Cyprus.
To make this collaboration more practical and impactful, we have developed two key documents that will guide and support businesses in their journey:
🔹 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) – A simple agreement of collaboration that outlines the commitments of both sides and ensures a shared understanding of how food donation through FoodConnect can work in practice.
🔹 Info Pack for Business Supporters – A useful starter guide containing information, recommendations, and next steps for businesses or sponsors that wish to support the FoodConnect platform and strengthen food donation efforts in Cyprus.
These tools are designed to help us provide tailored support to each business and to make the start of our cooperation clearer and easier.
